modern facilitiesfriendly staff
the location provides easy access to the city center using the nearby tram and metro. i found the hotel to be very clean and modern. it was also a short walk from the amstel station. the staff helped me when i forgot my room number.
the hotel restaurant's rooftop bar had a nice view, but the service was slow.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. This was definitely a big plus. The lounge was nice and cozy with an option to have a coffee or a drink.
The room did not have air conditioning and it was too warm. A fan was available but it barely helped

i enjoyed my stay. the staff were friendly and helpful i really appreciated their assistance with directions. the location near the metro station made getting around easy i also found several good restaurants nearby. the room was quiet it had blackout curtains so i slept well.
the hotel restaurant was closed unexpectedly one afternoon i would have liked some advance notice.

the lobby featured an internet cafe vibe and a water fountain for refilling bottles the hotel offers convenient access to public transport with the metro and tram just a short walk away. an underground parking area is available arriving by car at extra cost.
